Health Technology Assessment Unit of the McGill University Health Centre
We advise the hospital administration on the adoption of new and innovative health technologies based on sound, scientific evaluations.

Post-implementation tracking of new health technologies is critical for the hospital to understand their clinical and financial impact. The current clinico-administrative database infrastructure does not allow us to easily perform such quality improvement activities. A patient-centred data-sharing hub would greatly facilitate this process.
